Carol Guidry teaches a bio-mechanically based ballet technique for adults that utilizes and enhances the body's natural strategies for generating stable movement, while still fulfilling the classical ballet aesthetic.

Ms. Guidry is a Registered Teacher with the  Royal Academy of Dance in London, a Level 3 Franklin Method Teacher, and a former professional dancer with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Her students have gone on to dance with the San Francisco Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Washington Ballet, Royal Swedish Ballet, Les Ballet de Monte Carlo and Alonzo King’s Lines Contemporary Ballet companies.
